All CASTE orders are shipped from Stockholm, Sweden, with PostNord. We deliver throughout the European Union.
Order processing
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after purchase. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
Estimated delivery times
Once your order has been dispatched, please allow approximately:
- Sweden: 2–4 business days
- Denmark and Finland: 3–7 business days
- Rest of the EU: 5–10 business days
These estimates are in addition to our processing time and are not guaranteed. Deliveries to islands or remote areas, busy periods, and postal disruptions may take longer.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number.
30-Day Returns
We want you to feel confident choosing CASTE. If your purchase isn’t right for you, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return conditions
Under our extended 30-day return policy, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- Returned with their original product packaging, including any pouch, tags, and accessories supplied with the item.
- Securely packaged to protect them during return shipping.
You may carefully try on your jewelry to check its size and appearance. Items showing signs of wear, scratches, damage, or alterations do not qualify under our extended return policy.
